                    TRUCK ROUTES

The truck routing function allows to assign the trucks to specific routes prior to load them. Sales Orders can then be assigned to each route and picking tickets can be printed either individually or in totals. The trip function allows to assign delivery order sequence so the invoices printing the trip manifest in that order. The system check that one order/invoice is assigned to only one trip, and the AR personnel have the ability of checking the customer open invoices prior to finalizing the Trip. Truck Route Features:

• Select any combination of Truck and Route for every Trip Run

• System will track the Mileage and Time of every Trip

• Trucks won’t be able to loaded in excess of their maximum weight

• User can add all Sales Orders of the orders in the trip and Print the Picking Tickets from here. The Picking Tickets can be separated as Dry, Frozen or Chill or they can printed summarized in one document.

• After all sales orders have been added to the trip the user can also add the invoices that have already been created based on these sales orders.

• The user can assign an order of delivery to all the invoices and they can be reprinted from here.

• The user can check the financial information from all customers on the trip and he/she can add notes to each invoice that can serve as instructions to the delivery person.

• The delivery person can print the Trip Sheet that will guide the delivery process and the collection of money if necessary.
