Established in May, 1999, Commerce Solutions L.L.C. is in the business of consulting and development of business and financial software. The software development management team of Commerce Solutions, L.L.C. has been involved in the development of high technology financial software since 1986. In 1996 the team won the VAR Business Magazine first prize for Mobility productivity for its Travel Expense Reporter software that was sold and installed in Fortune 500 companies.

In 2001 the Commerce Solutions, L.L.C. development team started the development of CSTA Financials Food Distribution Software with focus in the food distribution sector and using the new released Microsoft .Net Technology at that time. CSTA Financials Food Distribution Software rapidly enriched in distribution features as more food distributors requested new functionality.

Currently Commerce Solutions, L.L.C.  only business is the continuing development of CSTA Financials Food Distribution Software, that now has grown into the Cash and Carry Point of Sale, Web Orders and Mobile( Pocket PC) applications.

CSTA Financials Food Distribution Software is sold with complete Microsoft Visual Studio .Net source code.
